Hi I`m Michelle and have worked for Business First since 2002 and was at BT for 16 years prior to that so you could say that communication has played a big part in my life! It has and continues to be a pleasure working for a company where you count as an individual and are able to make a difference in the workplace and for our highly valued customers.
 I help run a local Brownie Guide unit and enjoy the challenges that this can bring as well as the great feeling of pleasure and pride that the girls bring to my life.

Hi I’m Harriet and I have been with Business First from June 2010. I’m on the Business Solutions team, me and my colleague Sharon handle approximately 50 mobile phone accounts. Varying from individuals, medium Business and large accounts. The main part of my  job role is to answer to all of our customers requirements and to manage and ensure their mobile account runs smoothly. Hello, I’m Rachael and I joined Business First in October 2011. It’s lovely to work for a company that is so welcoming and friendly. I graduated from the UEA in 2009 in History and this is an area that continues to interest me. I also enjoy reading, swimming and travelling.
