About Us

Business First was established in 1994 and began operating out of The Phone Shop on Dereham Road, this is where our core values were born. Quickly, we expanded to a 3 person team working out of offices based in Ferndale. These offices didn’t last long with us outgrowing them and moving to larger offices on Barrack Street. By this time we had grown to 7 full time members of staff and were starting to become recognised as one of the key communications specialists in the area. It was during this time that we won many of our key accounts who are still with us today.

When employee numbers reached 10, Business First needed to expand once more and move to larger, purpose built offices on Whiffler Road. Designed by our Director Grahame, these offices have space for our growing workforce and include our new technology suite and training area. Each team has its own individual office which we feel is the perfect environment to allow us to provide our first class customer service.
